Dear Parents and Guardians,

Exeat Weekend: Please note that lessons end at 11:50am on Thursday and resume at 7:20am on Tuesday 25 June. Boarder parents you are reminded that hostels will be closed from 2pm on Thursday to allow for final preparations for the hosting of the CHISZ Soccer tournament. Please make every effort to collect your child promptly for exeat. Check in time on Monday 24 June is from 12noon.

Cold Weather Reminder: Gweru gets very cold. We ask that you check that your child has adequate warm clothing and encourage the use of vests underneath shirts, as well as the use of anoraks, and the recently introduced school fleece  which is available at MesClothing in Gweru. We also ask that boarder parents ensure that their children have additional blankets in this season.

Boarder Parents: We ask that as your child prepares to return school, you cross check what your child has packed. Please note that check in time on Monday 24 June is from 12noon and that we will be doing security checks of luggage. Also, please ensure that your child returns to school with labelled clothes pegs for use as they launder their civvies. Please also ensure that civvies are labelled. Note that there is currently a lot of lost property associated with civvies so we encourage you to cross check that your child has all of their clothes. Items not claimed by the end of term will be donated. Please also ensure that your child still has padlocks and spare keys for their hostel lockers and school lockers. This is compulsory.

Congratulations: To Tawananyasha Takaendisa and Rufaro Matsenyengwa on their selection into the ATS U20 Girls Basketball team.
