Parenting Series: A reminder to our Harare based parents that the 4 part parenting seminar hosted by Gateway and ACSI Zimbabwe in conjunction with River of Life Church is on tonight. Appropriate for parents of children of any age at Gateway Primary School Hall 6pm – 7:15pm. We encourage you to go along!
Internal Examinations: End today! Lessons resume tomorrow, sports resume on Monday.
A2 Lesson Commencement: Lessons for 2022 Lower 6s for their A2 syllabi officially start on Monday 14 November. A reminder that any boarders who go home before then are to be back in hostel by 5pm on Sunday 13 November.
2023 Form 1 Orientation: Tomorrow we have the privilege of meeting with our 2023 Form 1 Eagles and their parents. Should you have any friends or colleagues still undecided on Form 1 or Lower 6 placements, we will be happy to assist with their enrolment process.
Clearance Procedures for Form 4 and Upper 6 pupils: A reminder that all Form 4 and Upper 6 pupils are to complete all clearance procedures before their departure after their final examination.
Consultation Day – Form 1, 2 & 3: Consultation will take place on Wednesday 7 December between 8am & 1pm on this day. Parental attendance is expected. Boarders are free to leave for the holidays after you have finished your child’s consultation.
Form 2 Forum: This crucial and compulsory meeting for all Form 2 parents and pupils will take place on Wednesday 7 December at 10am at school.
Global Leadership Summit: This fantastic Summit is a great opportunity for you as parents to invest in yourselves and to be enriched and refreshed under this year’s theme of “Voice Your Vision”. We encourage you to take up this opportunity – for last minute Bulawayo summit bookings please contact Harold Chilowa 0772 307 378 should you like to book. For Gweru please contact Mrs Deysel through the school office. A reminder that the Gweru GLS Summit is a compulsory event for all Form 1, 2, 3 and Lower 6 pupils. Pupils report to school as normal on Friday 18 November. Day Scholars will be given lunch on this day and are to be collected at 4pm. Pupils are to be at school at 8:10am on Saturday 19 November. Day Scholars are to be collected at 14:50pm. Day scholars will have lunches and tea break provided on this day.
