Newsflash 14/9/23

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Project Kurarama:

The team have been with us since Tuesday engaging with pupils, staff and parents around issues of addiction and substance abuse. We value their time and input and trust that there will be lasting impact.

We salute those parents who joined us in person last night for the Parenting Seminar!

Appreciation:

Through our relationship with London College of Music (LCM) – the music examination board that our pupils write both theory and practical examinations with, a donation of a brand new electric piano has been given by the University of West London (UWL). This very generous donation will ensure that as MCGS pupils write the higher level of piano practical examinations, they will do so on a suitable piano. We are very grateful to LCM, UWL and senior examiner, Mr Paul Coleman!

Programme Adjustment:

Please note a slight adjustment to day scholar arrival time. With effect from Monday 18 September, day scholars must be at school by 7:10am.

Drop Offs and Pick Ups:

Please be reminded that pupils for our two schools should be dropped off in their respective car parks as opposed to dropping off in the same car park.

Speech Day:

Our pinnacle event which brings our school and stakeholder community together will take place at 9am on Friday 29 September. Please put this down in your diaries and plan to join us. Note that you may sign your child out for this weekend if you would like.

PAC Fundraising Dinner: Tickets go on sale next week! Join us for what will be an enjoyable event.
