To clarify – this weekend is Fixture Free but lessons will take place as normal on Friday, and on Monday which includes sports until 5pm on Monday.

To Vongai Garikai; Lisa Muchenurwa, Nokutenda Munyanduki and Atipaishe Makwangudze who attained the highest HSKK (elementary) scores in the country (beating university students). They were all in top 5 achievers positioned 1; 2; 3 and 4 respectively for the HSK (Chinese) March 2022 Examinations session.

To Ngonidzashe Mareverwa, (MCC graduate 2021) who was awarded as a SADC Top Achiever for Life Science Olympiad, Grades 10-12 which is sat for last year.
His prize is a Lenovo Laptop courtesy of South African Science Olympiads – SAASTA.

Examinations Reminder:
Cambridge October – November registration window closes on Thursday 30 June. Signed registration forms and payments need to have all been received by this date. All Form 2 to Upper 6 pupils are involved in this examination session. For enquiries, please contact the Exams Department on exams@mcc.ac.zw

Lower 6 Camp:
A reminder that the first part of the payment for Lower 6 camp is due by Friday 17 June.
Parenting Seminar:
The invitation is extended to all parents to join us at MCC for a parenting seminar entitled “21st Century Parenting – Am I Winning or Losing?!”
The session will run from 10am – 12noon in the MCGS Hall on Saturday 18 June.
Note that this seminar coincides with Fixture Free weekend and is an opportunity for boarder parents to travel to school to attend this seminar and be able to see their children.
Parents Assembly Father’s Day Appreciation Braai:
The Parents Assembly Committee invites the MCC community to come together after the parenting seminar on Saturday 18 June for a special braai – a “pre-Father’s Day” braai – in celebration of our fathers. Tickets are USD10 each and are to be secured through the following committee members by Wednesday 15 June:
