Dear Parents and Guardians,
Outreach Christmas Party:
A reminder of the appeal that went out earlier this week for support towards our special outreach Christmas party. Donations can be sent to the front office, and financial contributions towards the day can be deposited into the school’s bank account, or paid through the school’s Ecocash number: Biller Code: 47449. Please reference your payment – ‘Lifeskills Party’ and send through the proof of payment to bursar@mcc.ac.zw and lifeskills@mcc.ac.zw. For further discussion – you can contact Mrs Musa on 0772 350 327. We would be grateful to have received contributions by Wednesday 22 November. Sincere thanks to those who have already come forward!
Ways that you can assist:
- Sponsorship towards t-shirts – we plan to be able to give every child a special party t-shirt. These are valued at $10 each.
- Donate finances towards food for the party, or drinks towards the event
- Donation in cash and kind towards gifts for the children. Suggestions for gifts:
- Toys for the young ones
- Shoes
- Toiletries
- ‘bling for teenagers’, belts, jewellery, sunglasses, caps etc
- Toiletries
- Undergarments, clothes.
Global Leadership Summit:
Pupils are engaged in the programme until 4:30pm. Saturday remains compulsory for all Lower 6s, and an option for the day scholars who signed up to attend.
Day Scholar Pick Ups:
Please note that day scholars should be collected by 6pm. In cases where pupils are not picked up by this time, pupils will then need to be collected from hostel – please see the member of staff on duty to do so.
Triangular Gala:
Join us if you can for this event on Saturday 25 November – 9am to 12:15pm. You are reminded that this is a COMPULSORY EVENT for pupils.
