Africa Day Celebrations:

We thank the Parents Assembly Committee for their efforts in support of the celebration of this year’s Africa Day. Our Heads of Hostel are putting together a fun and engaging programme, and a lovely traditional African meal will be served. Note that attendance of the whole programme is not expected unless you would like to, but for those who are looking forward to joining us for lunch – lunch is served between 12noon and 2pm so please plan accordingly, and we encourage you to come dressed in traditional African attire! Please remember your mask and that temperature checks will be done on arrival. Note RSVP is Friday.

A note from the PAC Chairperson:

Greetings to you all – It has been just a fortnight when we hosted our first ever luncheon for Mother’s Day as Parents Assembly Committee. Many thanks to those parents who attended and much appreciated to all well wishers whose contributions were both in cash and kind. In keeping with the spirit of community in the MCGS family we are about to host yet another Africa Day event where parents and pupils get to interact over a themed meal with some exciting activities that you wouldn’t dare miss. Details will be found on the official school communication and fliers will be distributed shortly. We value your support once again and would love to see you attend.

Kind regards A. Mpepu PAC Chair 22-23
