Clearance Procedures: – All Form 4 and Upper 6 pupils need to complete the clearance process. Clearance Forms are issued to pupils and should be completed and submitted to Mrs Sango before one leaves after their final examination in order for one to receive their examination access codes. This process includes the signing back in of all text books and equipment with the relevant departments.
Form 4 and Upper 6 Boarder Checking Out Expectations: – In the case where one’s final examination ends too late to allow for a boarder to sign out on the day of their last examination, the pupil must be signed out from hostel by the end of the next day.
Return to Physical School: – A reminder that as pupils return to physical school, all pupils must have triple layered masks. These masks are hard to find so we recommend that you engage a tailor – there is no restriction with regards to colour, but no inappropriate symbols or words. Masks must have the pupil’s name permanently marked on the mask.
Form 3 Boarder Signing in Time: – Physical school commences for Form 3s on Monday 26 October. Check in time for boarders is 12noon – 5pm on Sunday 25 October.
Library Books: – A reminder that all pupils are asked to bring at least two books to contribute towards the school library. Books can be reasonable second hand books, or new ones. Books can be surrendered directly to the Librarian.
Lesson Resumption Reminders:
Form 1s and 2s – Resume virtual lessons on Monday 26 October and commence physical lessons on 9 November
Form 3s – Physical lessons commence on Monday 26 October
Lower 6s – Physical lessons commence on Monday 16 November
End of Year Examinations: – For Form 1s, 2s and 3s will run from 19 November to 27 November
