Junior Interhouse Swimming Gala: Weather permitting, our Junior Interhouse Gala will go ahead as planned today – 1:30pm – 4:45pm. Parents are welcome to attend.
Form 3 Camp: We wish our Form 3s a fun-filled and valuable time away on Form 3 Camp: 27 November – 1 December. Day scholars are to be at the bus shed on Sunday 27 November at 5:45am and should be back by 4:30pm on Thursday 1 December. A reminder that gadgets are not permitted on camp.

LCME Music Examinations: Pupils are to be at school at 8:30am on Saturday 26 November. Day scholars should be collected at 11:30am. Practical examinations for this examination board will take place on Friday 2 December.
HSK Chinese Examinations: Will take place on Sunday 4 December. Pupils writing Levels 2 and 4 are to be at school at 8:30am and are to be collected at 10:15am. Pupils writing Levels 1, 3 and 5 are to be at school at 1pm having already had their lunch. Day scholars are to be collected from this examination at 3:15pm.
End of Term Arrangements:
Monday 5 December
- No afternoon sports – School ends at 3:30pm. Day scholars are to be collected at this time.
Tuesday 6 December
- Lower 6 Boarders (except for Stewards) are to be signed out for the holidays between 1pm and 5pm. Please do not make any travel arrangements or requests that fall before 1pm on Tuesday 6 December. Those who have siblings who are involved in Consultation may stay for the Tuesday night.
Wednesday 7 December
- Consultation Day for all Form 1, 2 and 3 pupils and parents is between 8am and 1pm in the school hall. Parental attendance is expected. Boarders are free to leave for the holidays after you have finished your child’s consultation.
- Form 2 Forum: This crucial meeting for all Form 2 parents and pupils will take place on Wednesday 7 December at 10am at the Pavilion. Please refer to the separate letter already sent for more details and be reminded that parental attendance of this is expected.
Global Leadership Summit: A big ‘thank you’ to the Global Leadership Summit in Zimbabwe for affording the Gweru community, our students and our staff the highly impactful opportunity to attend this year’s Summit. We trust that the seeds sown will bear much fruit!
