May-June CIE Registration: Note that registration for this examination session has started. Please liaise directly with the Examinations Department on exams@mcc.ac.zw. If you would like to speak with the Director of Studies, please let our reception know (0777 733 029) in order to set up an appointment. Note that registration and payment deadline is Friday 3 February.

MCC WhattsApp Platform: There is a specific, separate WhattsApp group for every year group. These groups are managed by school administration and are there for you for ease of access to school updates. The chat function is disabled. If you are not yet on this platform, please make use of the relevant link supplied.
Fixture Free Weekend:
For those boarder parents who may like to sign their child out for this weekend, please note procedure. A ‘signing out letter’ needs to be emailed in on admin@mcc.ac.zw before end of day today. This letter needs to include the name and ID number of the person coming to sign your child out and must be signed by you. Note that signing out time is 1:15pm – 3:15pm on Friday.
Please note that if you are wanting your child to travel on public transport, you are to include a scanned copy of the bus ticket with your signing out letter. Please note that bus bookings should be made for after 1pm on Friday as pupils are not to miss class. The school will facilitate drop off at the appropriate bus. All boarders are to be signed back in to hostel by 5pm on Sunday.
Rugby Tour Response: Please take note that the confirmation of availability letter sent to you previously is meant to be signed and returned by Friday 27 January 2023 instead of Wednesday 25 February 2023, as stated in the letter. We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences that may have been caused.
Parents Assembly AGM: This important parents’ meeting will take place at 11am on Thursday 16 February in the MCGS hall. Parental attendance is expected. Boarder parents are to sign their children out for the Mid-Term fixture free at this meeting.
Hwange – Victoria Falls Based Parents: A WhattsApp Group exists for parents located in the Hwange-Victoria Falls region. If you are not on this group and you live in this area, please contact Mrs Machipisa (Parent Coordinator) – 0772 372 801. Please also be on the look out for the details of the school bus service for the mid-term fixture free weekend.
Congratulations: To Jessica Manhambo who last weekend was ranked 3rd in the Southern Region for U19 girls tennis. We wish her all the very best as she takes part in national trials this weekend.
