Newsflash 27/7/23

Dear Parents and Guardians,

School is still in session. We respectfully ask that you do not make requests for release before the end of term, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Will happen for all Form 4, Lower 6 and Upper 6 pupils on Wednesday 2 August between 8am and 1pm in the classrooms. All forms will also receive comprehensive reports which will be available to parents at the end of term through the Senatical Parents Portal.

End of Term:

Form 1, 2 and 3 pupils are free to leave for the school holidays from 12 noon on Tuesday 1 August. Form 4, Lower 6 and Upper 6 pupils may do so after consultation on Wednesday 2 August.

Form 4 Geography Trip:

All Form 4s leave for their Physical and Human Geography field work trip on Thursday 3 August. We expect parents to come for consultation on Wednesday 2 August. Boarder parents can then collect unnecessary baggage and excess items to take home for the holidays, and bring any specific items that their child may need for camp.

All pupils are to be at the bus shed by 6am on Thursday 3 August and will return by 5:30pm on Monday 7 August.

A reminder that Form 4s are strongly encouraged to attend the examination preparation programme which starts on Tuesday 8 August. Boarders can return straight to school at the end of the Geography trip in order to start the academic programme on Tuesday 8 August. You are reminded that payments for this academic programme are due by Wednesday 2 August.

For any alternative transport arrangements for boarders at the end of the Geography camp, please advise us in writing on
