SWOT Leave Arrangements:

Swot Leave for Form 4, Lower 6 and Upper 6 examination candidates starts on Monday 9 October to the end of  the examination period.

Swot leave will be supervised at school for both boarders and day scholars who wish to study at school. Teachers will be available to give individual assistance as needed.

Day scholar candidates who wish to come to school during Swot Leave are expected to be at school the usual time (7:10am) and can only leave at 1pm or 3.30pm provided they get a pass from Academics and the Student Affairs directors, or at 5pm without a pass required.

Form 3 Mathematics and English Candidates will have supervised revision with their teachers in the ongoing teaching and learning programmes. Pupils are expected to attend school as usual.

Note that all Form 4 and Upper 6 pupils have to have completed the internal clearance process within 24 hours of completion of their last examination. Pupils will receive a clearance slip to indicate that the process has been completed and we ask parents to check for this.

Lower 6 parents please note that L6 students are to be back at school for the start of A2 lessons on Wednesday 8 November, 2023. Please note that this is not negotiable.
